Graduation in any discipline, MBA would be a plus.
Experience: 5-10 years
Desired Profile for BDM:
- Atleast 5 to 6 years of business development experience; last 3 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry
- Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle
- Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US &/or European clients
- Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services
- Established network and contacts in the industry
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Business development for iSN’s service offerings in the US, European markets
- Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure.
- Farm existing accounts.
- Achieving the revenue targets.
- Actively engage in social media marketing to promote iSN’s service offerings.
